Working with people of all different backgrounds and cultures is something that gets Rhiannon Tovio out of bed every morning.

The property manager at 360 Property Management’s Manukau has joined after working as a PA at Ray White Manukau. While she loved the property industry, she enjoys more being at the frontline, meeting people, than working behind the scenes.

This experience, combined with retail store management, call centre and debt collection experience, positions her perfectly as a property manager – with excellent customer service skills, but the ability to also mediate and ensure bills and rent are paid, on time, every time.

She prides herself on her excellent attention to detail, listening ability and desire to go above and beyond to assist people.

She has proven herself as a dedicated, hardworking professional, which she is translating to her new role.

Rhiannon grew up in Auckland, but has been based in Manukau for the last four years, which she says she loves. A key attraction to Manukau is the diverse cultures and backgrounds of the people.
