Growing up in South Auckland, her friends and family are here, and her parents are local business owners here. She knows the area like the back of her hand, which is crucial to understanding the current rental market and finding the best tenants for every available listing.
Fluent in English and Punjabi, Nikita loves meeting new people every day and being able to connect tenants with properties. With previous experience in customer service based roles, she is friendly and approachable and goes out of her way to make potential tenants feel welcome at every open home, and then updating landlords on the success of the viewing.
In her free time, Nikita actively attends real estate and investment seminars to further her knowledge of the field, with the aim of providing the best possible service to each and every landlord and tenant.
